The latest EASI news release, ‘Ecological Assets Boost Western Farm and Ranch Land Value’, has been picked up by Google News for global distribution.
The story was most recently run by WICZ-TV, the Fox network affiliate for Binghamton, New York.
This is a promising development in EASI’s effort to inform land owners and investors nationally about the significance of ecological asset values to boost land appraisals, to assist with estate planning, and to accelerate land sales.
Eco-value can be realized for rural lands in every part of the U.S. This includes lands east of the Mississippi River, especially the Ohio Basin, the Susquehanna and Chesapeake watersheds, as well as the Appalachian and Adirondack Mountain regions.
